Who is Mr. Abhijeet Saungikar?
Mr. Saungikar is a seasoned technology leader, retired from 3M as Vice President – Technical, where he drove India-centric innovation and product development initiatives.
He has been recognized in academic and industry forums for advancing the “In India, for India” innovation strategy, collaborating closely with R&D leadership to translate customer needs into market-ready solutions.
He is experienced representing on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) sectional committee, and leads Amatech for various standards and regulatory requriements.
His depth of expertise across adhesives, coatings, specialty materials, and application engineering leads Amatech’s roadmap in advanced coatings and high-performance adhesives for industrial, electrical, and electronics applications.
Together, this dynamic leadership team combines extensive collective experience of over 80+ years in advanced materials, strategic management, and global operations.
