Dr. Mukesh Kumar Madhup is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amatech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. With over two decades of industrial experience, he has been instrumental in developing and commercializing high-performance organic coatings, adhesives, and sealants. His expertise encompasses a range of materials, including epoxies, silicones, acrylics, alkyds, and polyurethanes. Prior to founding Amatech, Dr. Madhup held a significant role at 3M India Ltd., where he served in R&D department, contributing to advancements in nanocomposites, protective coatings, polymers, and material science . He holds a Ph.D. in Material Science (Chemistry) from Gujarat University and has undergone advanced leadership training at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Dr. Madhup's contributions to the field are recognized through various patents, publications, and awards.
