Amatech 834 Two component [2K] filled epoxy system, medium viscosity. Self- extinguishing type. The system is free from halogens and solvents. Excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Low shrinkage. Low exothermic peak. Suitable for immersion in sea water. Good heat dissipation. The system is UL 94 V-0. Extremely high compressive and tensile strength, excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, and various plastics. Excellent electrical insulating characteristics. Broad service temperature range -40 to 155 °C. Extreme resistance to water and humidity (allows for submersion), solvent-free system.
